We want you to love your FECA suction cups. If you have an issue, you can exchange it for a different item as long as:
- Your items are unused, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no scratches on box or item), and in their original packaging with the paper backing on the suction cup.
- Your return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your original order.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- The item is shipped back to our Hawaii warehouse. Upon verification of the item, we will ship the replacement.
- Email us to get started on an exchange.
If It Doesn't Stick
- Hang it on the surface for 24 hours. If it's still hanging, the surface is FECA friendly. If not, use it in another location. Many customers start with a basic item first and test it on different surfaces, then choose the item they like.

- Any items purchased as final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
